This blog is for personal use because I go to the caribean soon and want a nice dashboard off all weather resources. Find a internetcafe or wifi and have a quick overview at the actual weather conditions in the caribean and of course bewarned for huricanes (I start in oktober/2007 in Venezuela so the first months weather prediction will be important). I want visitors and the blog is not finished so comments or mail to weatherfeed are very welcome and I will maybe implement your suggestion to improve this blog.
This blog is heavenly build around RSS. Many weather information providers support this protocol and it’s very easy to make a blog (message in this blog) with this RSS protocol. This blog runs with wordpress where a plugin called feedwordpress takes care off importing the RSS feeds. I run a schedule on the host (cronjob) every 4 hours to start the feedwordpress plus in.
This blog will be monitized in a friendly way so no popups or other annoying methods. I give the possibility to donate and here and there a relevant add will be displayed. The profit goes into development of this blog.
